Music

Whenever I feel like just getting away I usually bust out the cheap keyboard I bought from Bestbuy. I’ve been meaning to buy a nicer one but right when i save the money i end up using it on something else that takes precedence. I sorta play stuff out of how I feel. It’s rather repetitive and glum haha minor keys ftw. I have a whole album of just my music that I’ve played and recorded but those were actually thought out for the most part and edited. This song reflects how I feel in a sense. The first 3 chords come from this song called Through the Kaleidoscope by Steven Cravis (That i didn’t even really hear before until danny told me it sounded like it.) From there I just freestyled it according to the feel. I should really get some decent equipment. This $80 M-Audio keyboard aint cutting it and neither is the $15 sustain pedal that is stuck in the “on” position. But life is just like that right? Gotta use what you have and make the best of it.

I normally don’t share my music and I don’t think most people have heard it. Mostly cause I’m shy about it or I just feel like it’s mine for my own ears but I think I’ll share this little snippet. It’s only like 2 minutes long. I’ll start writing and fixing it more later to make it more clean and more thought out but this crappy 3 Octave keyboard gives me little flexibility and I can’t really play freely. But oh well. lemon = lemon juice.
